Before & After, Victorian full home renovation

Some before and afters from my first full home renovation project. Despite being on a limited budget, giving this home a makeover drastically improved the space and added over £100,000 to the house value when it was brought to market, it then sold within 4 days of being listed.

I clicked on the company that did this work and they have clearly done some amazing things on other projects. However, I do share the reservations about this one. The symmetry and balance has been lost by exposing the eave and the solid fronted cabinets prevent books or anything personal from being displayed. Additionally, it’s off white walls, off whites sofas and a white fireplace. Doesn’t feel very personal
