tiled floor safe for baby?
Becci C
last year
yes to tiles
probably ok but not ideal
definitely no tiles
we’re renovating our house and expecting a baby
downstairs is open plan so we want same flooring throughout.
we were always planning to have wood effect tiles (we just like them better than anything else, no maintainence, waterproof, won’t fade/discolour from the sun by the bifold doors)
since baby news my mums been kicking off saying tiles will be dangerous for little one and we should reconsider, but there’s really nothing else we like. we plan to have big chunky rugs through the living room area
would love some opinions/experiences from others on this please
