Hallway with patterned tiles or wooden flooring?

I’m struggling to work out what to do with the hallway in my 1930s house. I love the look of patterned tiled hallways but for various reasons to do with the UFH can’t use LVT like Amtico glue down tiles and so would have to go for porcelain tiles (style below is current favourite) or could just stick with wooden floors like the rest of the ground floor. I’m worried porcelain tiles will show the dirt and be much colder/harder compared to wood? Would love others’ thoughts and experiences!
