No common toilet…deal breaker?

Hi all, I’m really interested in a particular 2 bed mid terrace but the main issue I have is that there is no common toilet.
There’s a large en-suite in the master bedroom and a smaller toilet in the other. This means if guests come over they have to use the loo in either of the bedrooms
I plan to live alone so it’s not an issue for now but im worried this might be a deal breaker for some families? What do you guys think?
Any suggestions in changing the layout perhaps?
