Sidharth, who designed the wardrobes, demonstrated outstanding attention to detail, carefully translating my vision into a design that was both elegant and highly functional. Deepak, the operations lead, ensured the entire process ran seamlessly, with everything delivered exactly as promised. The installation team — Pankaj, Lovepreet, and Sunil — were exemplary. Their craftsmanship was meticulous, their manner courteous and respectful, and their professionalism unwavering throughout. By the time the installation was complete, their warmth and kindness made the experience genuinely enjoyable. The wardrobes were installed beautifully and were precisely as I had envisioned. Sovran recently completed a substantial extension on our home which included expanding the living space, adding a new bedroom, updating the laundry, building a new garage, installing new decking and reworking parts of the roof structure. We also chose to reclad the entire property and replace all windows, so it was a sizeable project with many moving parts. Throughout the build, Ricki, our site manager, kept everything organised and running steadily. His communication was consistent and practical, and he made sure the team worked in a way that respected the fact that we were still living in the home during the renovation. That level of consideration made a difficult phase far more manageable. The workmanship itself was excellent. Every stage was carried out with precision and a clear eye for detail, and the final result reflects that care. The project stayed within budget, progressed without unnecessary delays and felt well managed from start to finish. As someone who is particular about quality and consistency, I found the experience genuinely reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend Sovran Group and would be very comfortable using them again for future renovations.

We hired Sovran for a full townhouse renovation in Chelsea. The project required extensive building work...basically ripping out all the plastering, fixtures, flooring new eclectics and plumbing. The team had everything under control with their proactive planning ahead of the time. Nikki was our main contact and always reassured us with quick updates and clear advice. The Sovran Team handled everything including structural changes, interiors, materials sourcing and bespoke joinery. The workmanship is excellent, and despite the size of the job, it was delivered on time. You can see the finishing quality as the pictures has been attached. Living through a renovation is never easy, but the builders were tidy and respectful throughout. I would rate them 10 out of 10.

The bespoke units are excellent, and the installers are enthusiastic and provide great service. Although something unpleasant happened at the beginning — such as the delivery and installation being cancelled at the last minute while I was on my way there (as I don’t live at the delivery address), and an incorrect dimension being discovered on the second installation date — the problems were resolved promptly and the service overall was very good. I highly recommend them.

Their team assisted me and my family from the architectural plans to the completion of the construction work, they have been extreamly supportive throughout and made the process very easy for us. We couldn't be happier with Avtar and his team at Taaj (Ricky, Mani ect). He did a complete back-to-brick renovation (which included 2x internal wall removal, chimney breast removal, 2x bathrooms, new underfloor heating, new staircase, new kitchen ect) in our three bed terraced house in Finchley and it took ten weeks. He gave us a reasonable quote that was in the ball park of other quotes we got. Amazingly to us, the cost didn't come to a penny more than quoted; in fact, he prompted us for extras (e.g an outside tap, outside, lights, coving ect) and when I asked him how much more it would cost I was simply told to get the materials and he would sort it. I particularly like the way Avtar splits the quote into milestones and you only pay once you are satisfied that that section of the project has been done (e.g completed upstairs bathroom). Avtar is knowledgeable and contactable 7 days a week up until late (my wife and I work long hours and would often contact him late at night and get immediate responses). He is enthusiastic about his projects and making sure his clients are happy with his teams work. The renovation was quick and finished to an extremely high standard. I have added some pictures below of the before and after kitchen look. Thankyou Taaj!

I found Taaj design and build from google at the last minute when our builder let us down saying that he can't start the project for the next 6 months. We already gave notice at our previous place and renting another place wasn't the option while paying the mortgage for the new place. After the brief phone call, Harpreet and Avtar were able to visit us the next day. Their quote was reasonable and they were able to start in one weeks time. It was a big relief and an additional bonus to have such a professional team to handle the project. They kept in communication with me through the whole process. They made sure that I was fully satisfied at every stage and provided top notch end results. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a home builder.

Im a developer, and i have been working with Taaj for the last three years on 2 large developments. Great work ethics and quick turnaround times. They have handled the projects very well and delivered top-quality workmanship. They have taken care of party wall agreement, structural calculations, as well as the actual build and the interiors. Most of the 2nd fix suppliers were recommended by them as well. Overall, it's a great company to work with.
