From start to finish, Vicky has managed to deliver a service that I don't think exists anywhere else! We put off getting our kitchen done for many years which included a bit of restructuring and shuffling of rooms, thinking it's just not affordable and with 2 young kids I thought we'd be mad. We started to do some research (as it's all we ever talked about) to see if it was possible. We liaised with a few reputable kitchen companies and designers for advice and quotes, and constantly got overwhelmed by the project (and price). We then came across Vicky on Instagram, thinking she would be way out of reach, but thought it was worth an enquiry. Vicky from the get go is a very personable, real, genuine and evidently knowledgeable person. She somehow asked the right questions or could just tell how we lived our lives and she knew exactly what we needed in our space without knowing it ourselves - she did a design that we fell in love with (didn't change a thing), and to top it all off, it came in at a price, even cheaper than well known value kitchen companies. The quote included all the little details that a lot of places don't consider, like lighting and the drawers. We fell in love with the design and pricing but were struggling to find anyone reputable to quote the work's/fit us in any time in the year. This is where Vicky's trusted trades came in - they were everything we dreamed of. Reliable, reasonable, honest, knowledgeable. The moment we gave the go ahead, every part of the project has been reliably achieved. Vicky helps coordinate the timeline and trades and it was all so smooth. The whole process I was able to focus on paint colours and storage solutions rather than the horror stories you tend to hear about. I genuinely felt like we took a leap of faith in Vicky and her trades, as everything felt too good to be true, but 2 months on after all the works have been done, I can vouch for the fact that Vicky really is everything she and her shining reviews say about her! Vickys designs were gorgeous and the end result looked even better. She scheduled all contractors who came as arranged. The end result is stunning just as planned. She was available if we had any questions. I would totally recommend

A Dream Kitchen Delivered! We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen, designed and project managed by Vicky Elmore Kitchens. From the very beginning of the design process to the finishing touches, Vicky was nothing short of amazing. Vicky’s professionalism shone through at every stage. She took the time to really understand our needs and work with us using her knowledge and expertise, which were evident in every suggestion she made. We always felt reassured that we could step back and trust Vicky to handle everything, knowing we were in safe hands. We were also very happy with the tradespeople she recommended, all of whom carried out their work to an excellent standard and contributed to the seamless completion of our kitchen. Communication was always clear and prompt, and Vicky was consistently responsive to our questions and any adjustments we wanted to make. Her attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of the kitchen was finished to the highest standard. It’s clear that Vicky truly knows her stuff. We had a brilliant experience with Vicky and ended up with the kitchen of our dreams! She coaxed out of us our deepest kitchens desires, encouraged us to be braver with the style than we would have dared, walked us through hundreds of decisions, cultivated our best ideas and vetoed our worst, and importantly helped us really understand each decision we made in the context of actual practicality and impact. Not to mention she saved us a lot of money from the off-the-shelf prices (and definitely bent over backwards to stay within the budget we described to her). I have no doubt we ended up with a considerably better kitchen than we would have going with a ‘chain’ or trying to go without a designer. On top of that she was absolutely lovely and down-to-earth to deal with. I would hesitate to recommend her.

Right from the very start Vicky’s professionalism and attention to detail shone through. She responded super quick to questions, had solutions to any problems (old house = occasional issues!) and we couldn’t be more delighted with our new kitchen. She thought of things that we hadn’t yet kept things simple and ordered. No one wants a complicated kitchen. Now just looking forward to using it. Thank you Vicky. We love it!!

Vicky helped us plan our new kitchen and utility room as part of an extension and internal remodel and we couldn't have wished for a better person to work with. This was our first major renovation and kitchen design and Vicky 's advice, experience and expertise were just what we needed to help us get a fantastic kitchen that works brilliantly in our space and with our family needs. Vicky listened to what we needed from our kitchen, guided us in the planning and design of our new space, answered our many questions, reassured us throughout and was honest about ideas she thought wouldn't work. We were especially pleased with the detailed plans, 3D images and quote Vicky provided. The 3D images were particularly useful in helping our builders and electrician understand how we would be using our new space. She visited the site during the build to ensure that any potential issues were identified prior to ordering the units and recommended an excellent kitchen fitter who was very experienced and professional to work with. Vicky is exceptionally easy and friendly to communicate with and we really valued the personal service she offers from start to finish. Vicky's quote was extremely competitive for such an individual and thorough service. We are delighted with our kitchen and utility room and would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Having recently lost my husband I needed to have a few changes made to my kitchen. Vicky was so patient and kind! Vicky kept me informed at every stage of the project right unto a day before I should have arrived home. Communication was impeccable. Then quality of the work is to a very high standard. Value for money is one of the high points with Vicky. I did have a number of the quotes but no one came close to Vicky. Vicky was happy to have the work done while I was away to avoid me not having a kitchen for three weeks. I highly recommend Vicky and her team! If I had another kitchen I would definitely get Vicky in again.

Vicky was a dream to work with from start to finish. She created a beautiful design for our large kitchen project, explained the whole process, and introduced us to a fantastic team of builders, plumbers, electricians, etc (who were all fantastic as well), though there was no pressure to work with any of them if we didn't want to. Vicky was very responsive to emails and always on hand to offer advice about appliances or answer any questions we had. She made the process so seamless and stress-free, which is no mean feat when you're having a big renovation done, especially when things go wrong (which they always do)! We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and couldn't have imagined a better kitchen/diner. We'd highly recommend Vicky (and the wider team of Joe, Andre, Neal and Courtney) to anyone who's looking to get their kitchen designed in a beautiful yet practical way, without the hassle of coordinating the whole thing yourself.

Vicky is incredibly professional, personable and a great designer. She made the whole process painless as well as achieving great results. Vicky really listened to our wants and took great care and detail to help us get what we wanted - while being flexible around our busy life which helped speed the whole thing up. We are delighted with our new kitchen. Ben and Vicki were very friendly and extremely helpful and patient. They didn’t seem to mind us calling in frequently to discuss any queries we had. We completely changed the style and layout of the old kitchen which was quite scary but they were full of good ideas and it works really well. I especially love Vicki’s suggestion of the tambour unit!
